F1 UPDATE:Hamilton Raises Concerns Over Mercedes’ Struggles: ‘That’s Not Been Ideal’

Hamilton Voices Concern Over Key Aspect: ‘That’s Not Been Ideal’

Lewis Hamilton has expressed concerns over a critical aspect of Mercedes’ performance ahead of a pivotal race weekend.

The seven-time world champion candidly admitted that certain developments within the team have been less than ideal, raising questions about their preparation and strategy.

In a post-race debrief, Hamilton pointed out that while the team has made strides in some areas, they are still struggling with specific challenges that could hinder their chances of competing at the front.

“We’ve made improvements, but there’s a key area we’re still lacking in,” Hamilton said. “That’s not been ideal, and we need to address it if we want to stay in the fight.”

Though he didn’t specify the exact issue, it’s believed that Hamilton is referring to ongoing difficulties with tire management and car balance—two factors that have plagued Mercedes throughout the season.

As the championship battle heats up, Hamilton’s concerns highlight the fine margins that can make or break a team’s performance.

With crucial races ahead, the Mercedes team will need to respond quickly if they hope to give Hamilton the tools he needs to compete for wins.

“It’s all about finding that last bit of performance,” Hamilton added, hinting that time is running out to solve the problem. “We’re not there yet, but we’ll keep pushing.”
