Arkansas Razorbacks, five-star offensive tackle Jackson Cantwell has officially committed to play college football in Fayetteville. The 6-foot-8, 300-pound standout from Nixa High School in Missouri announced his decision with a powerful message: “I belong here.”
Cantwell, ranked among the top offensive linemen in the nation for the class of 2025, had drawn heavy interest from powerhouse programs across the country, including Georgia, Alabama, and Oklahoma. But after multiple visits and deep consideration, the elite prospect chose to stay closer to home and join the SEC’s Arkansas Razorbacks.
“I just felt the connection,” Cantwell said. “It’s more than football—this is where I want to grow as a player and a person. I belong here.”
Head coach Sam Pittman, known for his expertise in developing offensive linemen, played a crucial role in Cantwell’s decision. Pittman’s reputation, combined with the Razorbacks’ recent recruiting momentum and strong fan base, helped seal the deal.
